About Hā Keola

Hā Keola means “The Breath of Life.” In Hawaiian, is breath, life force, and vitality. Keola is life itself. Together, they speak to presence, energy, and the strength that flows from within.

I am a native Hawaiian from Waimea on the Big Island, and I carry that heritage into all that I create. Breath is our first teacher, and life is the practice of moving with intention.

As a certified CPT through NASM and ISSA, a sports performance and conditioning coach, holistic nutritionist, bodybuilding specialist, and wellness coach, I seek to unite strength and stillness. My training blends functional movement, kettlebells, HIIT, and bootcamp-style sessions with holistic wellness — all designed to challenge the body, steady the mind, and renew the spirit.

Training is not only physical. It is the shaping of mental resilience, the discipline of returning to what is simple, and the discovery that even the basics can be vibrant when approached with reverence. Scripture reminds us that love and light walk hand in hand. So let your breath be as a lamp unto your steps — steady, guiding, and alive.

I am currently serving virtual clients and leading small-group outdoor workouts here in Scottsdale, Arizona, as the seasons turn to cooler months. I am also building partnerships with local wellness leaders to host mixers, trail hikes, and gatherings that strengthen both body and community.

Growth lives in duality: in clarity through intention, and in the courage to embrace challenge with a level heart. There is beauty in the chaos, and comfort in the discomfort, when we move with awareness. My purpose with Hā Keola is simple: to help others breathe deeply, move with purpose, and live fully alive.
